Turnaround Time & Shipping Schedule

Most orders are shipped within two to four weeks.  Holiday shipping times can take longer and will be announced yearly in our Dealer Tools section.  Orders are shipped from different manufacturers on the east coast and may arrive in separate packages.

Personalized or blank stock?

We print 100% of all personalized Devora Designs items. All items are printed on demand. Due to our printing method, we do not normally offer blank stock.  There would not be a price difference if requested.


Devora Designs offers industry standard commission to our dealers. Additional charges will include shipping and applicable Rush fees (if requested). Your payment for these items is collected using your credit card at the time you place your order. Retail tax, shipping and handling should be billed to your customers according to your own company terms and policies.

Payment Terms

All dealers are required to pay for their orders when they place an order on our site. Accepted forms of payment are American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. No terms, check, or COD options available.

Marketing & Support Materials

You will find necessary marketing and support materials on our site via Dealer Tools. We encourage you to visit our site often to learn about current and upcoming promotions. We also post flyers and web-friendly artwork for FREE to our dealers. Periodically, you can also receive camera ready postcard marketing materials for your local printer.

Dealer Samples

Yes, we have samples, however, all of our items are printed on demand; therefore we do not have any inventory of blank items. We do have samples, but more than likely, not the exact design you are looking for and printed with any type of information. But if you need a sample just for cardstock and quality printing purposes, we will be glad to mail it to you.

Our Error

Errors made by Devora Designs will be corrected immediately at no charge and shipped at no charge to you. Errors made by the customers will be processed and priced at the original cost. Shipping and handling will billed normally.

Cancellation or Changes for Products

Due to our printing process, your order is immediately placed in que to process. There is no way to stop this process once you have submitted your order. Therefore it is necessary to check your order and make all final decisions before you submit your order. Although orders are not subject to cancellation, we understand that customer needs may change prior to submitting your order. We will do our best to work with you, however, depending on where the order is in the process, it may be too late.  Once an order is receive it is non-refundable if it is personalized.

Cancellation or Changes for Design

ALL custom design and services offered by Devora Designs Brands including but not limited to, websites, stationery, brand and logo development and business mentoring have a 50% required deposit that is non-refundable.
